The Process

Working under the Thunderbolt Tech. team we were tasked with bringing a POC to a mass- manufacturable, high quality product in a short time frame. Our process focused on precision, scalability, and perceived value. We engineered around existing constraints—working within a predefined technical and ergonomical constraints —while redefining surface language, CMF, and user ergonomics. The challenge was to translate a niche pain-relief solution into a product that feels credible on the shelf next to premium consumer tech. Through iterative prototyping, collaborative refinement, and detailed DFM support, we delivered a product design solution that feels both practical and premium —aligning user needs with business objectives.
